Roxy does what they do best yet again- beautiful and surfy yet elegant cotton summer dresses. It gathers at the bust which is very flattering, and it has adjustable shoulder straps with a little heart shaped device. The fabric falls from the bust line all pretty-like, and the back has elasticated smocking for a great fit. It's been given a special garment wash for a soft and lightly faded look. It's about knee-length.
